When we collect personal information from papers or through Internet, we shall disclose the intended use and use such information to the extent that is permitted by the party providing such personal information.
1． In the event that the personal information is going to be used beyond the extent that is permitted by the party providing such information, we shall disclose the intended use once again, and use the information after obtaining consent.
・We shall disclose the intended use when we collect personal information via means other than papers or Internet.
・In the event that we collect personal information from our business partner under a business contract, we shall use the information only to the extent of contracts and memorandum.
・When we entrust other agents with collected personal information, we shall enact policy pertaining to the handling of personal information as well as implement necessary and appropriate supervision in order to prevent such third parties from divulging such information.
・We shall not disclose or provide collected personal information to third parties without prior consent of the party providing such personal information.
2. We shall comply with the applicable codes and norms pertaining to the personal information.
3. We shall take precautions against the illegal access, divulgence, destruction, damage of the personal information as well as take immediate actions to correct it when any of the above mentioned situations occurs.
4. We establish consulting desk to cope with complaints and inquiries about the handling of personal information without delay.
