Consultation Steps
Step 1 Contact us
Please feel free to contact us and let us know your inquiry. Also, please tell us the date and the time which is convenient for you to have an in-person consultation. Please call us at 03-5980-7141 (Business hours: 9:00 to 18:00 Excluding weekends and national holidays) or email us at Gaia-international@tkcnf.or.jp at any time.
Step 2 In-person Consultation
We will have an in-person consultation with you on the scheduled date and time. During the consultation, please let us know what you are concerning about and anything that we may need to know. Please be noted that the charge for the firs-time in-person consultation will be 2,000 yen per 30 minutes.
Step 3 Proposal and Quotation
We will offer you a proposal and an estimated fee based on your needs discussed in the in-person consultation. Please feel free to contact us if you have any comments on the proposal or quotation.
Step 4 Contract and Start Working on Your Case!
After you confirm and agree with the proposal and quotation, we will start working on your case upon receiving required documents.
